We provide package forwarding and logistics coordination services, including receiving packages at a US address, tracking, consolidation, customs coordination, and local pickup or delivery in Trinidad and Tobago.

We are not the seller of any goods and do not manufacture, inspect, or guarantee the products purchased by customers.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate shipping, invoice, and contact information
  • Ensuring items shipped are legal and allowed for import into Trinidad
  • Paying all applicable shipping fees, duties, taxes, and service charges
Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or additional costs.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not accept or ship prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to:
  • Illegal substances
  •  Counterfeit goods
  • Weapons or ammunition
  • Flammable or hazardous materials

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All packages are subject to customs inspection and assessment by Trinidad and Tobago Customs and Excise.
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable duties, VAT, and government fees.

We do not control customs decisions or timelines

6. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers will be notified when packages are ready for pickup or delivery. Storage fees may apply if packages are not collected within the specified timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for::
  • Delays caused by customs, airlines, or third-party carriers
  •  ​Damage caused by manufacturers, sellers, or carriers
  • Lost packages beyond the compensation provided by the shipping carrier
Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fees paid.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
